Payment of Registration and Other Fees

Bank transfer and Credit Card, namely American Express, Visa and MasterCard, payments in Singapore Dollars (SGD) are accepted for the payment of fees related to IIW 2009.

Cancellation for Registration

Cancellation of registration has to be received in writing to the IIW 2009 Registration Manager. An administrative fee of SGD 200.00 will apply for any cancellation on or before 01 June 2009. No refund will be given for phone cancellations or cancellations after 01 June 2009. Please allow up to eight weeks to process your registration refund.

Cancellation for Tours and Visits

Cancellation of tours and visits has to be received in writing to the IIW 2009 Tour Manager. An administrative fee of 30% of tour price will apply for any cancellation on or before 01 June 2009. No refunds will be given for phone cancellations or cancellations after 01 June 2009.

Participation for tours and visits are on first-come-first-serve basis, after payment has been received by the organizer. If payment has not been received by 01 June 2009, it will be assumed that the participant no longer wishes to go on the tour or visit, and all reservation will be cancelled.

The Organising Committee may cancel a technical visit or tour if the minimum number of persons required is not reached. In such cases, the fees will be fully refunded.
